LateRooms Best Kept Secret Awards - Facebook Fans' Hotel of The Year 2014

Tylney Hall is delighted to announce that we have been awarded Facebook Fans’ Hotel of the Year award in the 2014 LateRooms.com Best Kept Secret Awards. The Facebook Fans’ Hotel of the Year award, voted for by hotel goers on the LateRooms.com Facebook page, was awarded to Tylney Hall because of its charm, warmth and glorious parkland surroundings.
 
Now in their fifth year, the Best Kept Secret Awards showcase the very best in UK accommodation. The 13 winning hotels, of which Tylney Hall Hotel & Gardens was one, were nominated by the Great British public and judged by travel experts to be the best in a variety of quirky categories. The 2014 Awards saw over 2,000 nominations made by hotel-loving guests, and featured shortlists packed full of accommodation from quirky B&Bs to large chains from all over the UK.

Opentable’s 2014 ‘Diner’s Choice’ list 

Tylney Hall Hotel & Gardens is pleased to announce that it has been voted onto Opentable’s ‘Diner’s Choice’ list for 2014. 
 
Opentable is the leading consumer site for restaurant bookings in the UK. The Diner’s Choice list represents the combined opinions of more than 340,000 reviews submitted in the last 12 months by verified Opentable diners.  
 
Tylney Hall’s Oak Room Restaurant is no stranger to awards. Already the proud owner of two coveted AA Rosettes and a Tripadvisors Certificate of Excellence, the Oak Room Restaurant focuses on creating innovative cuisine from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.

TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2014

For a second consecutive year, the luxury, four star Hampshire hotel, Tylney Hall Hotel & Gardens, has been awarded Tripadvisor’s Certificate of Excellence.

 

Tripadvisor is the world's largest travel site and offers trusted advice from real travellers with more than 200 million unique monthly visitors, and over 100 million reviews and opinions covering more than 2.5 million accommodations, restaurants and attractions. The Certificate of Excellence is awarded to businesses that rank in the top 10% worldwide for traveller feedback.

Wedding Dates - Best Hampshire Venue 2013

Tylney hall is honoured to have been awarded Best Hampshire Venue by Wedding Dates for 2013. As one of the leading wedding planning sites, Wedding Dates is a first stop for brides to be planning their perfect day.

Green Tourism Awards 2013

The Green Tourism Business Scheme (GTBS) is the leading sustainable tourism certification scheme in the UK.  Green Tourism businesses are focused on being sustainable, responsible and green. This is demonstrated through three grading levels (Bronze, Silver and Gold) and businesses are assessed every two years to ensure standards are maintained.

Beautiful South Awards 2013/14

Tylney Hall Hotel in Hook, Hampshire was toasting their success last week when they were awarded with Highly Commended in the ‘Large Hotel of the Year’ category at this year’s prestigious Beautiful South Awards.

The awards, which are organised by Tourism South East (TSE) for businesses in the tourism and hospitality industry, are presented to companies which provide an exceptional level of service within their field.

Hampshire hotel, Tylney Hall Hotel and its Oak Room Restaurant, have both been awarded Tripadvisor’s Certificate of Excellence.

Beautiful South Awards 2012/13

The country house hotel at Rotherwick, near Hook, is delighted to have won the Silver Award for the Large Hotel award and a Highly Commended Awards for the Business Tourism award in the Beautiful South Awards for Excellence 2012.This follows the successes of Tylney Hall winning the silver award for Outstanding Customer Service in the national Enjoy England Awards for Excellence 2011 and a highly commended award for Large Hotel of the Year in the 2011 Beautiful South Awards.

Announcing the hotel’s place in the final six of the Large Hotel section and Business Tourism categories in the Beautiful South Awards Peter Colling, Managing Director of Tourism South East said ‘We’re thrilled with the high calibre of entrants this year and their amazing achievements. The standard of all entrants is exceptional this year and the shortlist selection has proved extremely challenging. In the current economic climate it is more important than ever to provide an outstanding visit experience and we are delighted to recognise their efforts. Condé Nast Johansens Awards for Excellence 2012

In November 2012, Tylney Hall was also nominated and was a finalist in the 2013 Condé Nast Johansens Awards for Excellence in the category for Executive Meeting Proposal. These awards recognise hotels and venues that provide an outstanding experience in the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions sector.
