The C.J. Pask Winery was founded in 1985 by Chris Pask, who pioneered grape plantings at Gimblett Road and the winery now owns, and manages over 100 hectares of what has become the leading viticultural site in New Zealand.

This special evening will commence at 7.00pm with a pre dinner reception followed by dinner at 7.30pm.

Enjoy a  four-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef, Stephen Hine, to complement a selection of wines from the Pask estate, hosted by Cellar Master, Thomas Scholey and Kate Redburn from C.J. Pask who, since her appointment as winemaker in 1991, has produced wines of truly outstanding quality.

We are also offering a special accommodation rate of just £140.00 per room based on two adults sharing to include:
