The service was excellent throughout the complete two days. Whatever we needed in the conference rooms was provided instantaneously. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful at all times - prior to as well as during the workshop.

Louise was extremly efficient and lovely to deal with , she was very professional and knowledgable about events. She made the stressful situation of dealing with a conference much smoother and easier. I felt that there was no need to worry that Louise had it covered ! Staff Training - January 2013

I can not fault the service that we were given.The events team and all the other staff were always most helpful, this has made both occasions most enjoyable. We are hoping to return soon and we will recommend your service to anyone who wants an excellent venue. Thank you for two super days.


Cullum Christmas Party - December 2012

This was the first year we'd held our Christmas party at Tylney Hall and I can honestly say it was outstanding. From viewing the hotel right through to departure the day after the staff were attentive and helpful. The venue is stunning and all staff kept the theme with the level of service provided. We had 72 people in our party and all feed-back we've received has been positive. The food was lovely, proving that it is possible to cook for more than 12 people and not lose quality, taste of service. Nothing was rushed or felt frantic, the evening flowed and before we knew it was 1:00 AM and the evening was over, a sign of a good night. I cannot praise the staff enough, it truly was a wonderful evening and I very much look forward to coming back next year. Thank you.

Your event operations manager Sean was excellent in making sure everything went well.  This was also commented on by the events company we used to organise the activites for the weekend.  The small touches like the welcome packs for the children were an unexpected delight.  Thank you for helping make it a fantastic relaxing weekend for everyone who attended.
