''Our party all had an excellant evening. The chestnut suite was lovely, everyone made us extremely welcome. The service and food were outstanding as always. We were extremely lucky in being given our favorite room number 27 to stay the night in as well. From James who greeted us, to the foreign little lady who turned down our sheets, all made us feel very welcome. Tylney Hall is a firm favorite of ours, and has been for the last 22 years. I just wanted to use this oportunity to point out some other people, who also, always make our stays memorable, Ashley, Patrice and Steve, and indeed all the staff.''

'' I just wanted to write a quick note just to say thank you again for helping to make our Advisory Board event the best yet. You spent alot of time helping me to finalise details and ensure the event was thought through and I really appreciate that. From an event organiser’s point of view the customer service delivered by the venue can make or break the event and with your help it was a great success.

As I said yesterday our MD was really impressed by the hotel and we would certainly return, maybe even for next year’s event.

Please pass my thanks on to all the hotel staff who worked with us – we were demanding at times, but nothing seemed to be too much trouble and everyone’s customer service was outstanding from Laura and Martin on the Ops side through to the various concierges who helped me lug boxes around to the reception staff and to the barman who served everyone on Wednesday night.

Grateful if you could pass this email onto the hotel manager, although I’m sure they are already aware of what a fantastic team they have.

''Everything about our event was excellent. This is given with considered thought and reflect not only our own opinion but also the comments we have received from our guests many of whom were visiting Tylney for the first time. The choice of Tylney was largeley due to Louise Searle and the services she gave us during the months that lead up to the event. That we had made the right choice was confirmed from the greeting on arrival throughout our stay and up to our departure. We are pleased to say we have had nothing but compliments from our guests on the quality of the food and service throughout the function. We are pleased to say that our own experience of service throughout the hotel was that this quality was maintained in all areas not only in its efficiency but also its friendliness and courteousness.

Our six year old granddaughter summed up the feelings of all those who stayed at Tylney when on departure she said 'Grandma this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.''
