Both Alan and I cannot thank your staff enough for such a wonderful day. All our guests commented on the stunning venue but more importantly the superb level of customer service. You can have the best venue in the world but without the staff it would be nothing! From the moment my daughter and I arrived the evening before until we departed the day after the wedding the staff were faultless. Special thanks to Garry Sanson and his team especially Shaun and also the team on the front desk. Nothing was too much trouble even when Alan's father turned up unexpectedly in a taxi from Eastbourne - all the staff rallied around and he commented that he was treated like 'royalty'.
Our only regret is that we cannot repeat the experience and enjoy the day all over again! We cannot recommend Tylney Hall enough to any prospective bride and groom.

''We had an absolutely amazing experience at Tylney, and everything ran very smoothly from start to finish. Any little hiccoughs were dealt with immediately and effectively, and nothing was too much trouble throughout the whole afternoon and evening. Louise was very reassuring in the run up to events, accommodating our every need, making suggestions in response to any queries we had and accommodating late changes to our plans. She was always there in the background, smiling and taking every step to ensure our day was perfect - thank you, you were just great! Also, Shaun and Laura (I think - waiter and waitress at our private dinner) were spot on!!! There is nothing they could have done differently to improve matters - they were perfect!
I cannot recommend Tylney Hall and your amazing staff highly enough. And lastly, many many thanks for the complimentary room upgrade - it was amazing! We look forward to staying with you again (just the 2 of us) very soon!''

Woodgate Wedding - September 2012
'' Overall, we had an excellent wedding day and a lot of that was due to the first class service that we received. Particularly worth noting: the staff that served us during the wedding breakfast were excellent: extremely helpful, personal. I am not sure of the names of the staff that served the top tables, but they were first class.
The venue itself was in excellent condition - both the grounds where the reception drinks were served and the wedding room.
Everything was well organised throughout the day and this reflects that Garry did with Amy in advance of the wedding (thanks Garry).
I would happily recommend Tyleny Hall to any of my friends as it is a beautiful venue. We will certainly comeback for dinner and to stay.
