Held in celebration of Scottish Poet Robert Burns, Tylney Hall is celebrating Burns Night with a Highland twist on our fabulous Afternoon Tea.

Throughout the week of Burns Night from Saturday 18th - Saturday 25th January, we will be serving Afternoon Tea with a Scottish twist! Guests will be able to enjoy a range of delights, traditionally enjoyed in Scotland, including: 

-Dundee Marmalade cake
-Teacake spiced with smoked lagavulin 16 year
-''virgin'' cranachan cheescake, crunchy oats, rasberry

This will be served alongside a selection of traditional finger sandwiches made with bread from Frankonia bakery including:

-Smoked salmon John Ross Jr, malted brown tin loaf
-Cucumber and cream cheese, beetroot tin loaf
-Honey roast ham and red onion marmalade, onion tin loaf
-Cheddar and tomato chutney, granary tin loaf
-Egg mayonnaise and mustard cress brioche roll
