Our three day Christmas House party, commencing on the 24th December, is a completely indulgent experience from the moment you arrive, with warm hospitality and service matched by a real sense of occasion.
CHRISTMAS EVE - TUESDAY 24TH DECEMBER
Upon arrival, take the opportunity to explore this historic hotel and relax, before joining us for traditional Afternoon Tea, served in a cosy fire-lit lounge from 2pm.
In the evening, we invite you to join the management team for cocktail and canapés in the Italian Lounge with a local choir for Christmas carols.
Dinner in the Oak Room Restaurant is a relaxed affair with musical accompaniment from our resident pianist. Midnight Mass from Westminster Abbey will be shown on a television with hot toddies and mince pies in the Mattingley Suite.
CHRISTMAS DAY - WEDNESDAY 25TH DECEMBER
Ease yourself into the festivities with a delicious breakfast.
Throughout the morning our spacious lounges are available for you to spend time relaxing with the whole family.
The afternoon fun kicks off with a visit from Father Christmas, as mulled wine is served in our beautiful lounge. The Tylney Suite then plays host to a delightful light lunch with wine, accompanied by music from our resident pianist. A festive "picture matching" hunt will be available for those who wish to explore Tylney Hall and the grounds. We will also be tuning in to see King Charles III's Christmas Day speech.
The evening celebrations begin with Champagne and canapés, followed by a Christmas dinner served in the award-winning Oak Room Restaurant. Relax in the opulent Italian Lounge after dinner, and absorb the soothing sounds of our saxophonist for the rest of the evening.
BOXING DAY - THURSDAY 26TH DECEMBER
Traditionally a day for family and friends with relaxation at the fore, enjoy access to our health club, indulge in board games for a cosy atmosphere, pamper yourself with rejuvenating beauty treatments, and explore our scenic grounds for leisurely walks. Make this Boxing Day unforgettable with us!
Join us for a glass of bucks fizz, before proceeding to the Tylney Suite for a three-course luncheon accompanied by our resident harpist, after which you are welcome to relax in our lounges before getting ready for a rather delightful evening!
Begin a wonderful evening with Champagne and canapés, followed by a five-course Black Tie Dinner in the Oak Room Restaurant. The Jazz Trio ‘Omnibus’ will provide live music in the Italian
Lounge after dinner, making the evening truly magical.
