Every month this summer we are offering our guests afternoon tea with a difference as we serve up sumptuous sandwiches and decadent cakes accompanied by the smooth sounds of a live jazz band.
The jazz afternoon teas will take place on the last Sunday of every month from now until October in our stunning Tylney Suite.
For anyone who’s not yet had the opportunity to dine in the Tylney Suite, you are in for a real treat. The atmospheric room is the jewel in our crown and boasts original wood panelling, a stunning vaulted ceiling – delivering high quality acoustics – and a minstrel’s gallery, as well as huge windows that flood the room with natural light.
Starting at 3.30pm, the afternoon tea includes a selection of finger sandwiches, homemade scones served in the traditional way with rich clotted cream and sweet strawberry jam, sumptuous cakes and pastries as well as the live jazz entertainment throughout the afternoon.
Our Sunday jazz afternoon tea is available to book for £35 per person. Guests looking to really make the most of their visit to Tylney Hall can add an overnight stay from just £84.50 per person (based on two sharing) including accommodation and breakfast.
